We are committed to ensuring that you are not only 100% satisfied with our service, but also with the items you order. To ensure you are satisfied with your order, we give you a full 14 days after the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items.

Return or exchange

We ask that you carefully try on all gear indoors. Do not remove labels or lose packaging. If your item does not fit or simply does not meet your expectations, please place it in its original packaging, request and complete a return form and send it back. We'll take care of the rest.

To ensure that the item you are returning is brand new and re-saleable, our returns department will check the following:

Any signs of wear including but not limited to: grass stains, dirt, marks of any kind, odor or wear.
All garments must have original tags attached. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without tags.
Which items are not eligible for exchange or return?

Custom Jerseys: Includes jerseys with your personal name and/or number on them. All custom jerseys are not exchangeable or returnable.
Any items purchased using a promotional code or received as a gift
are non-returnable on custom/team items, club/team orders, bulk orders.
Warm-Up Garment Parts - Any items sold as a set must be returned as a set.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your package.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment received.
You will receive an email once the refund is processed.
How to return goods?

Once you confirm that the item you want to exchange or return is eligible, and you have filled out the returns form included with your order, you can ship the item back to this address (we will send the address to you). You can use the carrier of your choice and shipping costs are at your expense. Keep all tracking numbers and receipts. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not accept cash on delivery or packages marked "Pay to".

Defective goods:

All items we receive undergo full quality control inspection by the manufacturer, meaning we rarely receive defective items. If you receive a defective item in any way, please let us know and we will replace the defective item immediately upon receipt.
